A secure, offline desktop application engineered to streamline the conversion of complex Word documents into web-ready HTML.

Architecture & Security

The Strategic Problem: FormFusion-ready communications required a tedious, manual workflow to translate standard Word documents into structurally sound HTML. This process was slow and carried inherent risks if live student data (PII) was mishandled during formatting.

The Solution: I built a standalone, offline desktop application that completely removes the manual formatting bottleneck. The app processes template placeholders exclusively, ensuring absolutely zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is ever touched or transmitted.

The Strategic Problem:Our office is often placed in a situation where communications to students from another office leads to an inundation of phone calls for us. This can cause confusion for employees and students alike, leaving us unprepared to help the student and causing us to spend extra time to hunt down the solution for them.

The Solution:I developed a web-based interface that actively aggregates data from all pertinent offices into one unified calendar view. By centralizing this information, the hub eliminates structural blind spots, drastically reduces time researching the problem, and equips staff with the immediate, holistic visibility required to maintain smooth, high-level operations.
